Refine course offerings in the 2026-2027 Program of Studies 

  • Review current curricula offerings, make appropriate adjustments, and update course offerings based on student interest in the 2026-2027 Program of Studies
  • Continue to explore student interest in Intro to Business, Entrepreneurship

Assessment & Grading 

  • Establish and promote practices in which identified common assessment data is used to inform and adjust instruction to support student learning.

Implemented common assessments across each department, with assessment data informing adjustments to practice.

Student Well-Being/Social Emotional Support

  • Introduce and implement procedures using Panorama to inform teachers about specific student needs 
  • Utilize Panorama AI toolbox with recommended evidence-based interventions to support students
  • Identify opportunities for teachers to make student referrals using the Panorama software to be discussed in CST (Child Study Team).

Increase teacher engagement with Panorama tools to identify, refer, and support students, as tracked by referral submissions and intervention usage reports for CST discussions.

 

Objective: Enhance knowledge, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement

NEASC Accreditation Process 

 
  • Faculty and staff will engage in a comprehensive review of the NEASC Standards for Accreditation and collaboratively collect and analyze survey data and supporting evidence to inform our NHS self-reflection process including completion of a self-reflection report.
  • Develop a detailed NEASC visitation schedule with specific times, locations, and participant lists for all required meetings and activities—such as classroom visits, committee discussions, and stakeholder meetings—to ensure the visiting team gains a comprehensive overview of the school and its programs.
 
  • Successfully complete the NEASC Collaborative Conference and identify key areas for growth to serve as a school growth plan to prepare for the NEASC decennial visit in November 2027

Inform the school district leadership and school leaders about the Vision of a Learner by clearly outlining its purpose, essential transferable skills, and its role in preparing students for success beyond graduation in accordance with NEASC Standards for Accreditation.

District and school leaders have been informed about the Vision of a Learner and its alignment with NEASC Standards in preparation to build a Vision of a Learner committee.
