Scholarship Opportunities:

We're excited to announce that our 2025 Scholarship Program will begin accepting applications on Monday, January 13, 2025. We will award sixteen $3,000 renewable scholarships to students enrolling in a part-time or full-time secondary education program for the 2025-2026 academic year. The scholarship portal will close on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

 

Merrimack Valley Credit Union and Bridgewater Credit Union College Scholarships - awarding 18 scholarships - Applications can be submitted online at mvcu.com/scholarship

SCU Credit Union - Applications can be submitted online at https://www.scucu.com/about-us/scholarship

Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants are pleased to be able to continue with our scholarship program for the 19th year. They will be awarding $1,000 to the winner(s) each year.
 Scholarship Deadline   -  June 10, 2025.

Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women, Inc - Plymouth Chapter:  Applications available in the Main Office or Click HERE
Awarding two scholarships to graduating seniors of 2025 in the Plymouth County Area.  Deadline is April 4, 2025 (applications postmarked after this date will not be considered).  Attach a high school transcript and write a short essay about your biggest influence and why.  Mail to:  Julie Osborne, c/o Almeida & Carlson, 28 Samoset St, Plymouth, MA  02360

PCT Federal Credit Union - Four Available Scholarships:

Must be members of PCT Federal Credit Union or immediate family members who are graduating high school with the Class of 2025.  Submission Deadline is April 18, 2025. Click on the application

  • Spratt Scholarship:  $1,500
  • Spratt Scholarship:  $1,200
  • Technical Scholarship:  $1,000

Plymouth Philharmonic Music Scholarship: applications should be sent to the scholarship committee by March 3, 2025 to be eligible to receive a scholarship up to $2500.   https://plymouthphil.org/scholarships/

Pilgrim Festival Chorus awards two music scholarships in the amount of $2000 to residents of Plymouth County who are graduating from a local public or private high school or are homeschooled. The award must be used to support the recipient’s pursuit of a music degree such as music education, music performance, music composition, music production, musical theater, or music therapy.  Applicants can view more information about the scholarship, its requirements, and can apply online by visiting our website at: pilgrimfestivalchorus.org/music-scholarship. Lieutenant June T. Murphy Scholarship 2025

Awarded to a student who pursues a degree in Criminal Justice

All eligible candidates’ qualifications, achievements, etc. will be evaluated and rated in comparison to all perspective applicants. 

The scholarship winner will be chosen by the Scholarship Committee and submitted for review to the MAWLE Executive Board. The winner and family will be invited to the annual Spirit of MAWLE Award Ceremony for the presentation of the scholarship, which is held late spring.

To be eligible, applicants must review the guidelines and criteria, complete the on-line application, and use the checklist for your guidance. If all the guidelines and criteria are not met, you are not eligible to apply.

The scholarship check will be delivered after the successful completion of the recipient’s first (or second) semester in college.

North River Arts Society

NRAS is offering a $1,500 scholarship to a high school senior who demonstrates artistic excellence in fine art, sculpture, photography, film, or other visual art disciplines. This scholarship aims to support the next generation of artists as they continue their education and artistic endeavors.

We would love your help in spreading the word to eligible students who may be interested in applying. The selected recipient will be chosen before our Annual Festival of the Arts in May, where they will be recognized for their achievements.
